Employment may be contingent upon successful completion of required background checks, fingerprinting, driving record verification, training requirements, and NJ DDD compliance standards.
Who we're looking for
Direct Support Professionals are the heart of our agency. If you bring empathy, patience, and a steady commitment to showing up for others, we'd love to hear from you.
- 18 years of age or older
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred
- Ability to pass required background checks and clearances
- Compassionate, reliable, and professional
- Prior caregiving or DSP experience is a plus, not required
